Thomas Falck

Thomas Falck is an experienced investor, executive and chairman with a background spanning defence, technology, and industry.
Thomas is the former Managing Partner of Verdane Private Equity, the initial Verdane Fund, which was a top performing fund globally in its vintage – with a 5,5 X cash multiple. Falck also served as Chairman of Investinor, the Norwegian sovereign Venture Capital and Fund of Fund investor, for 7 years.
Thomas was the CFO of Cognite – a tech Unicorn, and he was CEO of Q-Free ASA as well as CEO of Visma Marine. Falck has been an active angel investor, he was a consultant, and he has served as a submarine XO. Falck has served on several boards and on the nomination committee of the Norwegian Defence Research Institute.
Falck holds an MBA from The Darden School at the University of Virginia, and he is a graduate from the The Defence University College`s Commanding Officers Course and The Norwegian Naval Academy.
Peter Due

Peter is an Autonomy expert with 25+ years experience from defence, maritime, and deep tech.
He served as a Director of Autonomy at Kongsberg Maritime, and he has also led ventures like Yeti Move and Yara Birkeland.
Peter has been an advisor to NATO DIANA and EUDIS, and he has coached and advised several Nordic defence startups, bridging defence, diplomacy, and autonomous systems.
He is well connected across military organisations and is actively building the Dual Use community in Norway and in the Alliance.
Peter also has served with the Armed forces, with the Ministry of Foreign affairs and as a diplomat in the Middle-East.
He is educated at the armed forces and various universities.
